Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) is a specially developed simple range of moves which promotes physical and emotional health and wellbeing. It combines the essential elements of Tai Chi and Chi Kung to allow you to feel the benefits of these wonderful arts easily, giving you greater confidence, reducing stress and tension, and putting a spring in your step!

TMW keeps your body relaxed, healthy and feeling well because it supports you to move and breathe with awareness, so you tune in to your own unique needs. It allows you to rebalance your mind and body, particularly beneficial if you�ve lost confidence or suffer from stress. It enables you to improve your flexibility and balance, and to increase your core strength. TMW has been proven to help with a whole range of issues, from managing long-term health conditions, rehabilitation, depression, to the challenges associated with getting older.

I teach private courses to individuals or small groups at a venue of your choice or in Castle Combe, Wiltshire, and weekly, open classes of 8 sessions at the Dojo in Bath.

It takes just eight weeks to learn the sequence in the open classes, and once it�s yours, it takes as little as ten minutes to practise. You�ll be given a DVD and leaflet to support you to continue your journey into health and wellbeing, so you can get the most out of your life.
